We were not scammed. The principles are good ones.

Ut my gut told me things i didnt listen to and we got burned by credit card debt, houses not selling, delays and an unethical partner put on stage as a bright shinning star before he had done even one flip. We are trying now to cover from a great deal of losses and very few profits. We woukd be wayyyy ahead financially had we kept investing As we had prior to nvrea. Just not for everyone.

We risked what could afford to lose and keep a roof ovet our heads.

Thankfully i listened to my less emotional sense on that. We will never invest with risk like this again.
