I wanted to answer this one directly. It’s actually better NOT to have your Real Estate license as an investor. There are so many moving parts to flipping a house and a Real Estate license prepares you for none of it.

After 3 years of spending money and wasting time looking for houses to flip I have decided to move on to a different job. It's possible to flip houses if you have money to make money and can locate people that would like you to flip there house or find houses with early note saying they will go in to foreclosure.

It's bull. Get a real estate license you will try Thank me later.
